TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility & Redemption | Prizes obtained via the ‘Feeling Lucky’ wheel are redeemable solely against marketing services provided directly by Funky Vibes Limited. They cannot be redeemed for third-party services or goods and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. To claim a prize, entrants must follow the on-screen instructions at the time of winning.
To claim a prize, entrants must complete the online form provided immediately after spinning the wheel. Failure to submit this form will invalidate any right to the prize.
Non-Transferability | Prizes are issued to the individual or business who originally claimed the prize and are strictly non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or otherwise passed to any third party.
One Prize Per Person | Only one prize may be claimed per individual or business. Funky Vibes Limited reserves the right to cancel, void, or refuse any claims suspected of misuse, including (but not limited to) multiple entries under different names or email addresses, automated entries, or any other attempt to manipulate the outcome.
No Cash Value | Prizes hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed in whole or in part for cash. No change will be given for services redeemed below the prize value.
Usage Limits | If the selected service exceeds the prize value, the difference will be payable at Funky Vibes Limited’s standard rates. Any remaining value after a service is redeemed is void and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or applied to another service or project.
Prize Validity | All prizes are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of winning. Prizes must be redeemed and work commenced within this period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Expired prizes will not be honoured.
Delays and Withdrawals | Funky Vibes Limited reserves the right to withdraw any prize if the winner fails to provide necessary information or content required to fulfil the prize within a reasonable period. This includes delays exceeding 2 weeks from first contact or if the overall delivery of the work is delayed beyond 3 months as a result of inaction, lack of communication, or incomplete cooperation.
Subject to Acceptance | All prize claims are subject to verification and acceptance by Funky Vibes Limited. The company reserves the right to reject any claim it believes to be invalid, illegitimate, or in breach of these terms.
Availability | Some prizes may be subject to limited availability or booking restrictions. Funky Vibes Limited does not guarantee availability for any specific service or timeframe.
Promotion Period | This promotion is available for a limited time only. Funky Vibes Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion, or any individual prize, without prior notice.
General Terms of Service | All services provided under any prize are subject to Funky Vibes Limited’s standard Terms and Conditions of Business in force at the time of engagement. A copy of these terms is available upon request.
Loss, Theft, or Tampering | Funky Vibes Limited accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, altered, or tampered entries or prize claims. Any misuse or suspected fraud will result in immediate disqualification and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Right to Amend | Funky Vibes Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that such changes do not adversely affect participants who have already won and claimed a valid prize.
Data Protection & GDPR Compliance | By participating in the Lucky Wheel promotion and submitting your contact details, you consent to Funky Vibes Limited collecting and using your personal information.
Your data will be used solely by Funky Vibes for the purpose of prize fulfilment and to occasionally share relevant information about our marketing services. We will not sell, share, or distribute your details to any third parties, and all data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
You may request the removal of your data or unsubscribe from any future communication at any time.
Jurisdiction | These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
